How to make the most of your 14-day free trial with Westify
Fourteen days to try Westify without a credit card, up to 20 responses. A day-by-day guide of what to expect, what to configure, and how to know whether it's worth it at the end.
Fourteen days. No credit card. Up to 20 responses during the trial. That's the offer from Westify, and the reasonable question is: what exactly should you expect during those 14 days? This is the guide we'd recommend following to get the most out of the trial before deciding whether to stay with us.
Day 1: Activation and connection
Day one takes less than 10 minutes. You sign up at westify.app/en/pricing, pick the plan you want to try (we recommend the one that best fits your real volume — you can always adjust later), and connect your Google Business Profile in a couple of clicks. No SDK, no API, no installation.
Then you configure your business's voice: business type, tone you want (casual, professional, formal), words you like, and words you'd rather avoid. This is what separates Westify's responses from a generic auto-responder — it's the context that trains the system on your brand.
Pick your approval preset:
- 'Hands off': everything publishes automatically.
- 'Review critical reviews' (recommended): 1-3★ reviews come to you via SMS for approval.
- 'Approve everything': every response goes through you first.
If you're not sure which to pick, start with 'Review critical reviews' — it's the default for a reason.
Days 1-2: Backfill starts on its own
This is the first thing you'll see happen. As soon as you connect your profile, Westify detects every unanswered review from the last 6 months (or your first 100, whichever comes first). It generates responses for each and, depending on your preset, publishes them automatically or sends them to you for approval.
For most businesses, this means your response rate goes from 15-30% to 90%+ within 24-48 hours. It's the most visible and fastest transformation of the trial. If your business had months of unanswered reviews, this part alone justifies trying the service.
Backfill counts toward your 20-response limit during the trial. If you have a lot of accumulated reviews, you'll hit the limit fast — which means you probably need to convert before the 14 days are up to keep coverage going.
Days 3-7: The first new reviews
Once the first backfill wave passes, new reviews start coming in. These are the ones that tell you the most about the voice fit. Read the first 5-10 responses carefully. Does it sound like your business? Are there words you wouldn't use? Does the tone feel right?
If something's off, adjust the voice settings. It's the same screen from day 1 — you can refine the tone, add keywords, define restrictions. The next responses reflect the changes.
During this week you'll also receive the first SMS approval request if you have any 1-3 star review. This is the most useful thing to test: is the SMS approval flow practical for your day-to-day? Does approving from your phone feel natural?
Days 7-14: Tune and decide
The second half of the trial is when you decide. Some clear signs it's worth converting:
- Your response rate went from under 40% to over 90%.
- Responses feel like your business's voice.
- You've recovered time you used to spend in Google Business.
- Approving critical reviews by SMS is practical and fast.
Signs you might need more time or adjustments:
- The voice doesn't quite click after several adjustments (write to us — the team will help you calibrate).
- Your review volume is so high that 20 responses fall short for evaluation (in this case, better to convert early to keep continuous coverage).
There's no credit card during the trial, so there's no automatic charge. If you decide not to convert at the end of the 14 days, the account just goes inactive. If you decide to convert, you pick your plan at westify.app/en/pricing and you're off. No contract, no lock-in, you can leave whenever you want.
