11 Best AI Reputation Management Tools for Small Restaurants (2026, Real Prices)

We compared 11 AI reputation tools for small restaurants: AI replies, review sources, loyalty and published prices. Westify from $29/mo per location.

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Short answer: For an independent restaurant or a small group, our pick is Westify: AI replies to your Google reviews in your voice, a monthly report with your Westify Score and the themes guests keep mentioning, and a loyalty card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, from $29 per location per month. For 50+ locations, look at Momos, Birdeye, SOCi or Reputation. For listings across directories, Yext. For texting and lead follow-up, Podium.

Disclosure: Westify is our product. We put it first because this list is built for small and independent restaurants, and we say below where it loses. Every competitor price was checked on the vendor's own website on October 20, 2026, with the link next to it. If a vendor doesn't publish a price, we say so instead of guessing.

Why small restaurants need a different shortlist

Most "best AI for reputation management" lists are written for chains. They reward platforms that handle dozens or hundreds of locations, a dedicated CX team and a long contract. That's useful if you run a franchise. It's less useful if you own one to five restaurants and the real problem is a stack of unanswered Google reviews and no time on Sunday night.

A small restaurant usually needs four things:

  • Every review answered, in a voice that sounds like the house, without spending an evening on it.
  • A heads-up only when a review really needs you.
  • A clear read on what guests keep saying: the wait, a dish, a server, the noise on the patio.
  • A price you can see before you get on a sales call.

How we picked and ranked (methodology)

We started from the tools that show up most in "best reputation management" lists, including Momos' own list, and kept the ones that manage reviews (not just social listening). Then we scored each one against six criteria, weighted for a restaurant with one to ten locations:

  • Reply quality and approval control: Can the AI draft replies in your voice? Can you approve before anything posts, and automate only what you're comfortable with?
  • Published price per location: Can a restaurant owner see the price on the vendor's site, without a demo? We checked every pricing page on October 20, 2026.
  • Insight a manager can act on this week: Does it turn reviews into something concrete: recurring themes, staff mentions, a monthly report you can bring to the team meeting?
  • Getting more reviews: How does the tool help you ask for reviews (QR at the table, email, text, integrations)?
  • Bringing guests back: Is there a loyalty program in the same account, so reputation and repeat visits live together?
  • Language and local fit: Does it work in Spanish as well as English? Can you pay in local currency?

What we did not do: we didn't use third-party price estimates, we didn't use paid placements, and we didn't rate competitors with stars. Features come from each vendor's own pages; anything we couldn't confirm says "Not stated."

1. Westify: top pick for small and independent restaurants

Westify is our product.

Best for: independent restaurants and small groups whose biggest gap is unanswered or generic Google review replies.

What it does: Westify is AI software that replies to Google reviews in your voice, reports what guests say, and runs a Wallet loyalty card, from $29 per location.

What a small restaurant would actually use:

  • Replies in your voice. You set the tone, sign-off, house specialties and what not to mention. By default every reply comes to you to approve before it posts. When you're ready, you can opt into auto-publishing (for example, for 4 and 5 stars). Reviews that look legal or injury-related never auto-reply; Westify alerts you instead.
  • Your unanswered history, answered. Once your voice is set, Westify drafts replies for your most recent reviews that never got an answer.
  • Alerts when it matters. Westify alerts you by email when a 1–2★ review comes in, plus push notifications on the panel and in the app.
  • A monthly report by email with your Westify Score (one number for reputation, response, momentum and experience), recurring themes, and the Google metrics that matter (views, calls, direction requests, website clicks). You can also build a custom report with your logo.
  • Your team, recognized. Westify detects which team members guests mention in reviews and shows it in your report, so you can thank them at pre-shift.
  • Private feedback at the table. One QR or NFC link where guests can leave a private comment that only you see, in a Feedback inbox your team can work through.
  • A loyalty card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Guests save a digital card and your staff stamps their progress; you choose stamps or points. Included on Growth and Enterprise; on Basic it's an add-on at $7.99 a month per location.
  • Reviews widget for your website, unlimited team users with permissions per section, and several locations in one panel.
  • English and Spanish. The panel, the site and the pricing exist in both languages, replies can be written in English or Spanish, and you can pay in USD or MXN (the Spanish pricing page also accepts SPEI bank transfer).

Watch-outs (where Westify loses):

  • Google only. It doesn't reply on Yelp, Tripadvisor, OpenTable or Facebook. If a big share of your reviews live elsewhere, Birdeye, ReviewTrackers, Yext or Reputation cover more sites.
  • No automated review-request campaigns. Westify helps you ask at the table with QR and NFC; it doesn't run post-visit request campaigns the way NiceJob, Grade.us, Podium or Birdeye do.
  • No listings sync and no Google Posts or social scheduling. Yext, SOCi, Localo and Birdeye do this; Westify doesn't.
  • No local rank map. Localo and ReviewTrackers track where you show up for keywords on the map. Westify doesn't, and it doesn't promise any ranking.
  • Fewer integrations. No POS or delivery-platform triggers today, where Momos, Podium and NiceJob connect to other systems.
  • Short trial. Westify gives 3 days free. NiceJob, Localo and Grade.us give 14.
  • Newer and smaller. No dedicated customer success manager, SSO or agency white-label dashboard. Priority support is only on the Enterprise plan. If you run 100+ locations, the enterprise platforms below are a better fit.
  • Two languages. English and Spanish only.

Price: Basic $29, Growth $59, Enterprise $119 per location per month ($499, $999 and $1,999 MXN). Annual billing is 15% off. 3 days free. Plans include 300, 1,000 or 2,500 replies a month (one plan per location). Source: westify.app/pricing and westify.app/es/pricing, checked October 20, 2026.

2. Momos: best for restaurant chains that want AI agents for guest recovery

Best for: restaurant brands with many locations and a guest-relations or CX team.

What it does: Momos is a guest experience platform for restaurant chains. Its AI agents are Alfie (experience and recovery), Rockie (intelligence and reports) and Rosie (operations, marked "coming soon"). It brings reviews, surveys, email, SMS, delivery-app feedback, ticketing and loyalty into one place, and can send a recovery offer (loyalty points and a coupon) after a bad experience.

Pros: built specifically for restaurants; deep recovery workflows; loyalty and reputation in the same system; case studies with large chains.

Cons: no public price; designed for brands with many locations, so a single restaurant may be paying for a CX team's toolset.

Price: Not public. The site offers a demo, and momos.com/pricing returned a 404 on October 20, 2026. Source: momos.com.

3. Birdeye: best all-in-one suite for multi-location brands

Best for: multi-location brands that want reviews, listings, social, surveys and messaging in one contract.

What it does: Birdeye's AI agents request reviews through the channel most likely to get a response, reply automatically or with approval, turn good reviews into social posts, and add a reputation score, competitor benchmarking and ticketing.

Pros: very broad suite; review coverage across many sites; strong multi-location tooling.

Cons: no dollar price on the pricing page; a single restaurant will likely pay for modules it won't staff. We go feature by feature in Westify vs Birdeye: reply tool or suite? (westify.app/blog/westify-vs-birdeye)

Price: Not public (quote-based). The pricing page lists location bands only (1–3, 4–9, 10–39, 40–249, 250–999, 1000+), with no dollar amounts. Source: birdeye.com/pricing, checked October 20, 2026.

4. Podium: best if your business lives in texting and lead follow-up

Best for: local businesses that sell over text and phone and want one inbox for leads.

What it does: Podium collects reviews by text (Google, Facebook and other sites), and adds phones, webchat, a unified inbox, payments, text marketing, an "AI Employee" called Jerry, and automations with 200+ integrations.

Pros: strong texting and lead tools; many integrations; support and onboarding included in every plan.

Cons: no public price; restaurants that mainly need Google replies may not use most of the platform.

Price: Not public (quote-based). The page says "talk to our sales team for details." Source: podium.com/pricing, checked October 20, 2026.

5. Localo: best for local SEO tasks on one Google profile

Best for: an owner who wants guided local SEO for a single Google Business Profile.

What it does: Localo tracks where you rank on the map (Position Map) and for keywords, gives weekly optimization tasks and an AI agent, publishes posts to Google and Facebook, protects your profile from unwanted changes, builds a website from your profile, and keeps your Google reviews in one place with smart templates and brand voice for replies. It also has a review QR poster.

Pros: strong local SEO toolkit; profile protection; app interface in Spanish (plus English, Polish, German, French and Portuguese); 14-day trial and 30-day money-back guarantee.

Cons: reviews are one module among many; no loyalty program on its pricing page; pricing for multiple profiles jumps to the agency-oriented Pro plan.

Price: Single Business $49/month, or $39/month billed annually (+VAT). Pro $169, or $149 billed annually. Source: localo.com/pricing, checked October 20, 2026.

6. NiceJob: best for automated review requests

Best for: service businesses that want automated review asks by text and email.

What it does: Starter includes text and email review requests, website widgets, auto-posting reviews to Facebook and X, a staff leaderboard and a reviews microsite. Pro adds repeat-customer campaigns, referrals, email marketing, AI Replies, gifts, NPS surveys and competitor tracking.

Pros: clear published prices, no contracts, 14-day trial; good automation for asking.

Cons: AI replies only on Pro ($125); gifts need Jobber or QuickBooks; built mostly for service businesses rather than restaurants.

Price: Starter $75/month, Pro $125/month (USD). Source: get.nicejob.com/pricing, checked October 20, 2026.

7. Grade.us: best for agencies managing reviews for clients

Best for: marketing agencies that resell reputation management, or a business that wants a white-label setup.

What it does: review funnel landing pages, email and text request campaigns, QR codes and a kiosk mode, monitoring of major and industry review sites, responding to Google and Facebook reviews from one dashboard, and white-label reports.

Pros: published prices; deep white-label options; 14-day trial without a card.

Cons: made for agencies first; no refunds per its FAQ; we didn't find AI reply drafting on the plans page.

Price: Small Business (1 location) $124/month, or $99/month billed annually. Multi Location (2–10) $75 per location per month, or $60 billed annually. Agency from $400+/month. Source: grade.us/home/plans, checked October 20, 2026.

8. Yext: best for listings accuracy across directories

Best for: large multi-location brands that need the same name, hours and details on 200+ publishers.

What it does: listings distribution, a Knowledge Graph, location pages, review monitoring across 80+ platforms, review requests, AI responses with approval, and Scout for search and AI visibility.

Pros: the reference for listings at scale; global publisher coverage.

Cons: Yext itself says it is "built for large multi-location enterprises" and that "smaller businesses are better served by our reseller partners"; annual billing; no free trial.

Price: Not public (quote-based). Yext's FAQ says pricing is custom, by solution, location count and term, billed annually. Its older self-serve PowerListings page still shows $199 to $999 a year, but Yext says that product is "no longer a focus." Source: yext.com/knowledge-center/yext-faq, checked October 20, 2026.

Website: yext.com

9. ReviewTrackers: best for multi-site review aggregation and reporting

Best for: brands with several locations that want reviews from many sources in one dashboard.

Pros: wide source coverage; strong reporting; unlimited users.

Cons: the price isn't shown as text on the page; many capabilities are separate packages.

Price: Per location per month, paid annually. The dollar figure appears only after you enter your number of locations in the on-page calculator; it wasn't visible in our check. Source: reviewtrackers.com/plans, checked October 20, 2026.

10. SOCi: best for franchises running local marketing with AI agents

Best for: franchises and multi-location brands that want AI agents across local search, social and reviews.

Pros: covers local search, social and reviews together; built for brands with many locations.

Cons: no public price; more than a single restaurant needs.

Price: Not public (quote-based). SOCi's pricing page offers custom quotes based on location count and the Genius Agents you deploy, with no dollar amounts, as of October 20, 2026. Source: soci.ai/pricing.

Competitive insights, ticketing, social, premium sources (such as Yelp and Tripadvisor) and managed services are upgrades.

Pros: now publishes per-location prices; strong analytics and survey options; enterprise plan for 125+ locations.

Cons: the entry plan costs almost three times Westify Basic per location; key sources and features are upgrades.

Which one should you choose?

  • One restaurant, Google is where your reviews live: Westify. Try the free Google review reply generator (westify.app/tools/google-review-reply-generator) on up to 3 of your real reviews first.
  • 2 to 10 locations: Westify if you mostly need Google replies, reports and loyalty. ReviewTrackers or Reputation if you need many review sites.
  • 50+ locations with a CX team: Momos (restaurant-specific), Birdeye, SOCi or Reputation.
  • You need automated review asks by text and email: NiceJob or Grade.us.
  • You sell over text and phone: Podium.
  • You need listings everywhere: Yext (or one of its resellers if you're small).
  • You care most about local SEO tasks on one profile: Localo.

Going deeper on one decision? Read our Westify vs Birdeye comparison (westify.app/blog/westify-vs-birdeye), the guide to Birdeye or Podium alternatives for small restaurants (westify.app/blog/birdeye-podium-alternative-small-restaurants), and our seven criteria for choosing an AI review response tool (westify.app/blog/best-ai-review-response-tool).

What to avoid

  • Ranking guarantees. No vendor controls Google Maps rank. If a pitch leads with "we'll get you to #1," walk away.
  • Annual contracts with no price on the page. Ask for the per-location price, the contract length and what happens if you cancel, in writing.

What is the best AI for reputation management for a small restaurant?

For an independent restaurant or a small group, we think Westify is the best fit (it is our product): AI replies to Google reviews in your voice that you approve, a monthly report with your Westify Score and recurring themes, and a loyalty card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, from $29 per location per month. If you run 50+ locations, look at Momos, Birdeye, SOCi or Reputation instead.

How much does reputation management software cost per location?

Published prices we checked on October 20, 2026: Westify from $29/month per location, Localo $49/month ($39 billed annually) for one profile, NiceJob $75 or $125/month, Reputation from $80 per location per month, and Grade.us $124/month ($99 billed annually) for one location. Birdeye, Podium, Momos, SOCi and Yext quote through sales, and ReviewTrackers shows its per-location figure only through an on-page calculator.

Is Birdeye or Podium worth it for a single restaurant?

It depends on what you will use every week. Birdeye is a broad multi-location suite and Podium is built around texting and lead follow-up; neither publishes a dollar price. If your real gap is answering Google reviews well, a narrower tool is usually simpler. We compare them in detail in our Birdeye and Podium alternatives guide. More in Birdeye or Podium Alternative for Small Restaurants (westify.app/blog/birdeye-podium-alternative-small-restaurants).

Should AI reply to Google reviews automatically?

Start with approve-first: the AI drafts, a person approves, and you learn how it writes in your voice. Once you trust it, automate the easy ones (for example 4 and 5 stars) and keep 1 and 2 stars, and anything legal or health-related, for a human. Our guide to choosing an AI review response tool lists seven criteria to check. More in Best AI Review Response Tool? 7 Criteria (westify.app/blog/best-ai-review-response-tool).

Can AI reply to reviews in Spanish and English?

Yes, several tools can. Westify writes replies in English or Spanish and its panel and pricing exist in both languages, with billing in USD or MXN. Localo's app interface is also available in Spanish, among other languages. Check each vendor for the languages you need.

Do reputation tools improve your Google Maps ranking?

Nobody can guarantee a Maps ranking, and you should be wary of any vendor that does. Replying to reviews and keeping your profile complete is good practice that Google recommends, but ranking depends on many factors no tool controls.

What is the difference between a review tool and a listings tool like Yext?

A review tool helps you get, read and answer reviews and understand what guests say. A listings tool keeps your name, address, hours and menu consistent across many directories. Yext says it is built for large multi-location enterprises and points smaller businesses to its reseller partners.
