The guest scans the QR code on the table sign, types their name, and creates the card.

Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. If their phone has no Wallet, the card lives in the browser.

At checkout, the server scans the card from their phone, signed in with the location's PIN.

Questions
Do my guests have to download an app?
No. The card saves to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which already come on the phone. If the guest doesn't use Wallet, the card works in the browser at its own link.
Do I need to connect my POS?
No. Servers stamp from their phone by scanning the guest's card. With points per dollar, they type the bill amount before scanning.
How much does it cost?
It's included on Growth ($59 USD) and Enterprise ($119 USD). On Basic ($29 USD) it's a $7.99 USD a month add-on. All prices are per location.
How do I stop a server from giving away stamps?
Every stamp is logged with the phone that gave it. Phones sign in with the location's PIN, and you remove them from your dashboard whenever you want.
Can I send promotions?
Yes. A notification lands right on the card on the guest's phone, without asking for their number. There are also automatic welcome and We miss you notifications.
Can I give stamps for Google reviews?
No. Google prohibits offering incentives for reviews. The card rewards visits; reviews get requested from everyone equally, with no reward.
