Westify vs Reviewly: A Better Fit If You Need to Answer Google Reviews Well
Reviewly is built to request Google reviews by SMS. Westify is built to reply in your voice, score reputation, and show what to fix — from $29/month.
Reviewly and Westify both stay on Google. That is the honest starting point — neither is a Yelp-plus-Facebook-plus-listings suite. The difference is the job they do.
Reviewly is built to generate more Google reviews: it asks customers by SMS and drafts text for them to paste. Westify is built to operate the reputation you already have: answer every review in your voice, score how you compare to similar businesses, and show the themes worth fixing.
The short answer
If you mainly need outbound SMS review requests, Reviewly is closer to that job. If you already get reviews — or get enough — and the real problem is answering them well, understanding what customers keep saying, and having a clear monthly read, Westify is the better fit. It is also the lower published starting price, and it is a native Spanish and English product with Mexico-ready billing.
This is not a smash piece. Both tools are real. They just solve different problems on the same platform.
What Reviewly's pricing page is actually selling
As of 2026-09-03, Reviewly's public pricing page (reviewly.ai/pricing) lists:
- Single Location — $99/month, 500 feedback requests/month, a 14-day free trial
- Premium Location — $139/month, 3,000 requests, Advanced AI, and a monthly review report
- Yearly — $999 (Single) and $1,329 (Premium)
- Enterprise — custom pricing, sold through a demo
- Multi-location — offered as a separate option; Reviewly does not publish a per-location enterprise price on that page
What those plans are selling is a review-generation engine: SMS review requests, an AI-assisted draft of a review for the customer to copy-paste onto Google, AI-assisted drafts of the owner's reply, the ability to post that reply from a text thread, Zapier/CRM hooks, real-time Google monitoring, and SMS alerts. Reviewly is Google-only by design — that is stated on the same page, not inferred.
Reviewly markets SMS collection and the ability to handle replies on the go. We are not repeating their growth-rate, open-rate, or ranking claims here. Those are marketing. Check them with Reviewly if they matter to your decision.
Their FAQ also notes you can cancel in the dashboard, they do not offer refunds, and a trial may auto-rebill depending on the offer. Confirm the current terms on their site before you start a trial.
What a single-location owner usually needs after the reviews exist
Once reviews are coming in, the job changes. Most owners of one restaurant, clinic, shop, or hotel are no longer asking "how do I get the next fifty reviews?" They are asking a shorter list:
- Reply to every review — good and bad — without spending an evening on it each week
- Sound like the business, not a template
- Get a heads-up only when a 1–2★ or legally sensitive review needs a person
- Understand what customers keep mentioning (wait times, a dish, a staff member) instead of watching the star average alone
- Have a simple number to track whether reputation is improving month to month
- See what the Google profile is actually doing — views, calls, clicks — next to those themes
- Pay a published monthly price, and be able to add a second location later without switching tools
If that list looks like yours, you need a reputation operations tool, not another way to ask for reviews.
Where Westify is stronger
Westify is built around answering Google reviews in your voice and turning that corpus into a read you can act on:
- Replies in your voice. Each new Google review gets a draft in the tone you define. You approve it before it posts, or switch on autopilot once you trust it. Sensitive (legal / injury) reviews never auto-reply.
- Alerts. 1–2★ reviews and legally sensitive reviews notify you. SMS alerts are Mexico-only today; email covers the same events worldwide.
- Westify Score. A 0–100 score against similar businesses, so reputation is something you can track instead of a vague feeling.
- Monthly reports. Recurring themes plus Google profile metrics — views, calls, and clicks — the read you would otherwise assemble by rereading reviews one at a time.
- Ask Westify. A read-only assistant over your own data, with plan limits of 50 / 150 / 400 questions per location per month on Basic / Growth / Enterprise.
- Competition in your area. Follow nearby businesses and see rating and review-count snapshots — not Google's local-pack rank.
- QR and NFC feedback. Happy guests can be sent toward a Google review; unhappy feedback stays private and never publishes.
- Multi-location. One login, per-location plans. Westify Lite is $9 USD per location for a weekly chain-style report, if you want the read without the reply inbox.
- Published pricing. Basic $29, Growth $59, Enterprise $119 USD per location per month (300 / 1,000 / 2,500 replies). Annual billing is 15% off. The loyalty card is included on Growth and Enterprise, and an add-on on Basic. Current numbers live on westify.app/pricing.
- Free Score, no login. westify.app/score reads your public Google listing. You do not need an account to see the number.
Westify does not SMS-request reviews, does not draft a review for the customer to paste, and is not a Zapier/CRM inbox. Those are Reviewly's job. Westify also stays on Google Business Profile — it is not a multi-platform review inbox.

When Reviewly is the better fit
Reviewly is the better fit if the job you actually need is outbound SMS review requests, CRM or Zapier hooks, and posting owner replies from a text thread. If you are not getting enough reviews and you want a generation engine that lives in SMS, that is their product. Westify does not sell SMS review-request campaigns, and it will not replace a Zapier pipeline.
If that is your situation, evaluate Reviewly on those terms — including the $99 starting price, the request caps, and the 14-day trial — rather than treating this as a feature-for-feature bake-off.
The authenticity difference: who writes the review
Reviewly's stated method is to draft a review for the customer to copy-paste onto Google. That is how they describe the product, not a guess.
Westify does not do that. Westify writes the owner's reply — the public response sitting under a review the customer already wrote in their own words. It does not compose the customer's review.
Google asks for authentic, first-person reviews. We are not going to moralize about another company's method. We are naming the difference so you can decide what you want your process to look like. If you want help asking, and you are comfortable with a drafted-to-paste flow, Reviewly is built for that. If you want the customer to write the review and the business to answer it well, that is Westify.
Does Westify replace Reviewly's SMS review requests?
No. Westify does not send SMS campaigns asking customers for Google reviews. Its SMS, where it exists, is a Mexico-only alert when a 1–2★ or legally sensitive review arrives. If outbound review requests are the job, Reviewly is the closer tool.
Does Westify draft reviews for customers to paste?
No. Westify drafts the owner's reply. The customer writes their own review.
What exactly do I get for $29/month?
Published Basic is $29 USD per location per month, with up to 300 replies, 50 Ask Westify questions, alerts, Score, reports, and competitor tracking. Growth is $59 (1,000 replies) and Enterprise is $119 (2,500 replies). Annual billing is 15% off. The current breakdown is on westify.app/pricing.
Is there a Westify trial?
Westify does not advertise a self-serve trial. You can check the current offer on westify.app/pricing, and you can run the free Score tool at westify.app/score without creating an account.
Can I use Westify in Spanish or from Mexico?
Yes. The product is native in Spanish and English. Pricing is published in pesos on the Spanish site (from $499 MXN/month) and in dollars on the English site. SMS review alerts are Mexico-only; email alerts work worldwide.
