A loyalty card for bakeries.
Everyday bread, rewarded. Stamps or points per dollar, on your guest's phone.
How we'd set it up
- How it works
- Points per dollar: every dollar counts
- Reward
- A house pastry or a small cake at the goal
- Welcome
- No free points; the goal is reached quickly anyway
- Rule
- Rewards expire after 30 days
- Alternative
- Stamps, if most guests buy the same thing each day
Why it works
At a bakery the check runs from one roll to a full tray. With points per dollar, the guest buying for the whole family moves faster than the one picking up a single roll, and the reward feels fair to both.
Three tips
- Put the QR code next to the register: the line is when guests have their phone in hand.
- Pick a goal your regulars reach in 4 to 6 visits. If it feels far away, nobody chases it.
- Use a notification for seasonal items. They're the best excuse to come back.
Your loyalty card, on their phone.
How it works
- 1
Scan at the table
The guest scans the QR code on the table sign, types their name, and creates the card.
- 2
Save it to Wallet
Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. If their phone has no Wallet, the card lives in the browser.
- 3
The server stamps
At checkout, the server scans the card from their phone, signed in with the location's PIN.
- 4
Reward and return
When the card is full, the reward shows up right on it. You see who comes back and when.
Everything it includes
Stamps, points or discount
One visit one stamp, one dollar one point, or the same discount every time.
Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and web
Nobody is left out: without Wallet, the card works in the browser.
Secure stamping
A PIN per location. Remove a server's phone when they leave.
Anti-abuse rules
A wait between stamps, a minimum spend, and expiry for cards and rewards.
Automatic notifications
Welcome and We miss you at 30, 45 or 60 days, right on the card.
Nearby notice
The card can show up on the lock screen when the guest walks by.
Delivery orders
A WhatsApp stamp with each order and code stickers for the bag.
Rewards that hook
Welcome stamps, a halfway reward, and stamps for both when a guest brings a friend.
Your brand
Your logo, your colors, a photo, and the stamp icon: taco, coffee, pizza and more.
Several locations
One card per location, or a shared card that counts everywhere.
Data with consent
A privacy notice, a promotions checkbox, and guests can delete their card.
Your dashboard
Members, stamps in 30 days, rewards redeemed, and each guest's activity.

Questions
How does the cashier add points?
They type the bill amount and scan the guest's card. Points are calculated automatically from the points per dollar you set.
Stamps or points for a bakery?
Points if checks vary a lot between guests. Stamps if most people buy about the same thing each visit.
Do I need to connect my POS?
No. The amount is typed on the phone at checkout. There's no integration with your register.
Do my guests have to download an app?
No. The card saves to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which already come on the phone. If the guest doesn't use Wallet, the card works in the browser at its own link.
Do I need to connect my POS?
No. Servers stamp from their phone by scanning the guest's card. With points per dollar, they type the bill amount before scanning.
How much does it cost?
It's included on Growth ($59 USD) and Enterprise ($119 USD). On Basic ($29 USD) it's a $7.99 USD a month add-on. All prices are per location.
How do I stop a server from giving away stamps?
Every stamp is logged with the phone that gave it. Phones sign in with the location's PIN, and you remove them from your dashboard whenever you want.
Can I send promotions?
Yes. A notification lands right on the card on the guest's phone, without asking for their number. There are also automatic welcome and We miss you notifications.
Can I give stamps for Google reviews?
No. Google prohibits offering incentives for reviews. The card rewards visits; reviews get requested from everyone equally, with no reward.
