A loyalty card for bars.
The regular who comes every Thursday, rewarded. With rules so one night can't fill the card.
How we'd set it up
- How it works
- Stamps: one visit, one stamp
- Reward
- A house snack or appetizer at 6 stamps
- Welcome
- 1 free stamp when the card is created
- Bring a friend
- 1 stamp for both
- Rule
- A long wait between stamps, so one night counts as one visit
Why it works
At a bar a visit lasts hours and tabs open and close several times. Without rules, one night could fill the card. With a wait between stamps and a minimum spend, the program rewards the guest who comes back, not the one who opens many tabs.
Three tips
- Set a wait of several hours between stamps: one night, one stamp.
- Turn on Bring a friend. Almost nobody goes to a bar alone, and the whole group can end up with a card.
- Use notifications for what actually matters: a big game, a live band, special hours. Once or twice a month.
Your loyalty card, on their phone.
How it works
- 1
Scan at the table
The guest scans the QR code on the table sign, types their name, and creates the card.
- 2
Save it to Wallet
Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. If their phone has no Wallet, the card lives in the browser.
- 3
The server stamps
At checkout, the server scans the card from their phone, signed in with the location's PIN.
- 4
Reward and return
When the card is full, the reward shows up right on it. You see who comes back and when.
Everything it includes
Stamps, points or discount
One visit one stamp, one dollar one point, or the same discount every time.
Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and web
Nobody is left out: without Wallet, the card works in the browser.
Secure stamping
A PIN per location. Remove a server's phone when they leave.

Welcome stamps, a halfway reward, and stamps for both when a guest brings a friend.
Your brand
Your logo, your colors, a photo, and the stamp icon: taco, coffee, pizza and more.
Several locations
One card per location, or a shared card that counts everywhere.

A privacy notice, a promotions checkbox, and guests can delete their card.

Questions
How do I stop someone from filling the card in one night?
With the wait between stamps. Set it to several hours and each night counts as a single visit, however many tabs get opened.
Can the reward be alcohol?
Check your local rules on alcohol promotions, which vary a lot by state and city. A snack or appetizer works just as well as a reward.
Do servers need an app?
No. Each server stamps from their phone's browser with the location's PIN, and you can remove their phone when they leave.
Do my guests have to download an app?
No. The card saves to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which already come on the phone. If the guest doesn't use Wallet, the card works in the browser at its own link.
Do I need to connect my POS?
No. Servers stamp from their phone by scanning the guest's card. With points per dollar, they type the bill amount before scanning.
How much does it cost?
It's included on Growth ($59 USD) and Enterprise ($119 USD). On Basic ($29 USD) it's a $7.99 USD a month add-on. All prices are per location.
How do I stop a server from giving away stamps?
Every stamp is logged with the phone that gave it. Phones sign in with the location's PIN, and you remove them from your dashboard whenever you want.
Can I send promotions?
Yes. A notification lands right on the card on the guest's phone, without asking for their number. There are also automatic welcome and We miss you notifications.
Can I give stamps for Google reviews?
No. Google prohibits offering incentives for reviews. The card rewards visits; reviews get requested from everyone equally, with no reward.
